Here, over 260 marine species inhabit crystal-clear seabeds, and the silence is broken only by the sound of the waves.
This is the coast that has, since ancient times, been called the Land of the Sirens. According to myth, it was in these very waters that they attempted to enchant Ulysses with their singing.
Even today, when the sun caresses Capri and the sea turns golden, one gets the feeling that that ancient call has never faded.

The final stretch of the route winds along a private, unconventional road that passes through the wildest, most pristine parts of the coast. It is a passage that marks a departure from the ordinary world and leads, step by step, towards something rare: a place not open to everyone, but only to those willing to truly discover it.
In 1960, Emanuele Guadagno made a choice that went against the grain: he purchased a rock, a fragment of wild coastline overlooking the sea, when no one yet imagined the value of that "nothing." That gesture contained a vision: to transform a primordial place into a refuge of absolute beauty, a private paradise where time could slow down.
From that dream, Villa Emanuele was born: a residence immersed in nature, overlooking one of the most iconic views in the Mediterranean, where Capri, Ischia, Procida, and Vesuvius become a constant presence, almost an extension of the horizon, and every summer brings with it the memory of a family, of bright days and evenings suspended between light and silence.
The villa is located in the heart of the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area, a natural sanctuary where the land meets the sea in one of its purest forms.

The villa is spread over two levels, preserving the building's original character. On the ground floor, a large living room with a kitchen opens onto the outside, where a convivial area with a wood-fired pizza oven and barbecue grill invites guests to enjoy carefree moments. Also on this level are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
